Terms & Conditions
- Limited availability: Only 12 portrait commissions are available at the special price of £65.
- Size and medium: Each commission is an original, hand-painted A5 watercolour portrait.
- Composition: Portraits are limited to a close-up of the face and shoulders. Full-body portraits are not available for this offer.
- Reference photos: After your order, I’ll contact you by email to request your reference photo and any relevant details. Please provide a clear, good-quality image.
- Painting style: Each portrait is painted in my own artistic style. As every piece is handmade, slight variations are part of the charm of an original artwork.
- Christmas delivery: Please order by 30 November, particularly if you’re ordering from outside the UK. This allows time for painting and shipping, but delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed, especially for international orders.
- Packaging: Your artwork will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard envelope for protection. It will be sent unframed unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping: Included in the price.
- Personalised artwork: Each portrait is made to order, so please check the details of your order carefully before purchasing. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with my shop policies and applicable consumer law.
- Copyright: The original artwork remains my creation. Purchasing a portrait does not transfer copyright or grant permission for commercial reproduction.
