Once you’re ready to place your order, please contact me. After reviewing your order and the reference images, I will send you an invoice for 50% of the quoted price.
The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the work before it is shipped to you. Shipping costs are included in the price. Please verify your country’s import regulations for any additional fees, as those will be your responsibility.
Painting time!
Creating a portrait typically takes 1 to 3 weeks. I will email you a sketch of the artwork for your review once it’s ready.
Please let me know if you would like your commission to remain private or if you prefer not to see it until delivery when placing your order.
I reserve the right to share the artwork and the painting process on my social media and website.
The artwork is complete!
I will send you a photograph of the final piece. After you approve it, I will issue the final 50% invoice.
Once the second payment is received, I will ship the unframed artwork to you.

To ensure best and archival quality I’m using 100% cotton watercolour paper and professional graded watercolours.
Please review carefully the sketches and mock-up images I send to you as once the painting process has begun, changes can not be made.
Custom sizes are available upon request.
Commission prices do not include framing. If you would like to add framing services to your order please ask for a quote. I recommend using UV-protected glass for framing to ensure long-lasting painting preservation.
When working from your images, it’s essential to provide a sharp and well-lit photo of the subject. The best reference photos are medium to high resolution, clearly focused, and taken without a flash.
Feel free to send multiple images so we can discuss what will work best. I can also combine separate reference photos of different people or pets into one painting.
If you prefer, nonessential backgrounds can be replaced with the colour of your choice, or I can create an interpretation of the existing environment.
I am located in the UK and can ship to most countries around the world. Shipping costs are included in the price. Please verify your country’s import regulations for any additional fees, as these will be your responsibility.
The final artwork will be shipped in a protective envelope or tube.
I am not liable for, nor do I offer any compensation for, items lost in the mail.
